How long does it take to become a member?

It takes about five minutes to complete the application to become a GoGet member. It then takes 1 to 2 working days to receive your Member Pack which includes your GoGet smart card and Member’s Manual.

If you need to use a car sooner than the normal 1 to 2 days it takes to get your smart card, call us on 1300 769 389 during office hours, 7 days a week.
