GoGet launches Australia's first Plug-in Electric Car Share car!
GoGet is excited to announce the launch of Australia's first on-street electric car re-charging station. In partnership with the City of Sydney and ChargePoint Australia GoGet members can now access a Plugin Hybrid Prius from a special bay at the Glebe, Derwent Place pod.
Lord Mayor Clover Moore, Lord Mayor, City of Sydney, commissions the first electic car re-charging station.
GoGet co-founder, Bruce Jeffreys said members will be able to drive the plug-in electric hybrid at the same price as the rest of GoGet Hybrid fleet. 'Its great to see a plug-in electric vehicle in a safe and convenient location with a world-class charging station ready to go", said Jeffreys. "We'll be looking forward to the introduction of additional electric vehicles into the GoGet fleet as demand grows".
