I had a flat battery in the car park at Rhodes (a long way away from my place) at 9pm last night, rang GoGet and found Cecile who helped me. The NRMA came and started Tanya with no problems at all. Cecile was simply wonderful.

PS - This past Friday when I booked a car I left my CD case in the back seat. This morning I realized I was missing them, and then when I went down to the same car for today's booking for work, I found all of my CDs in my case in the glove box! Again, incredible luck - but just goes to show the quality of your clientele as well. Thanks!

The goodwill that your organisation offers is second to none and it is a shame you don't see more of it in other organisations.
I have sometimes created awkward problems for the GoGet staff who nonetheless have always been very good natured, kind, personable and a pleasure to deal with. They all have certainly made an excellent impression on me.

In Australia, it is very rare for a company to provide what I would see as excellent customer service.
GoGet however, has far exceeded even what I perceive as good service. The information for perspective clients on your site was clear and concise. Your sign-up process refreshingly uncomplicated, and then when I asked what I thought was probably a little too much (I wanted to see if I could be processed in under two days)... I was asked if I wanted to drop by and pick it up straight away.
I am yet to actually drive one of your vehicles, but I have already recommended your service to anybody that will even listen.
