Getting your deposit back is really easy. You just have to call us or send us an email.
The information you need to provide depends on how you wish to receive your deposit; by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or by cheque.
We will refund the balance of your security deposit less any outstanding charges.
Receive deposit by EFT
Please send us an email and include your name, BSB and account numbers. To send us your bank details, click here.
Alternatively, you can tell us how you would like to receive your deposit by calling us on 1300 769 389 (9am – 5.30pm, 7 days a week)
Please Note: Security deposits are refunded weekly. However, if you have used the car in the month you leave, but have not yet received an invoice for that usage, you will get your deposit back once your usage for that month is calculated. This normally occurs in the first or second week of the following month.
