Excellent, pretty much seamless, process from the initial joining through to dropping the van back off in its pod. As a first time user I was on a bit of a learning curve and needed to lean on Customer Service a couple of times and they were awesome too.
Helpful customer service. Needed a van the next morning and they helped me get approved right away. Picking up the van was super easy. Goget was one of the best rental car experiences I've had. Will definitely be using them from now on.
