There's no maximum time limit for van rentals with GoGet. You can hire a car for as little as an hour or extend it for weeks. Daily bookings even come with free kilometres.

Apart from the purchase price, there are a number of other costs to factor in. These include your car loan payments (including interest), depreciation, insurance, Registration and CTP, Servicing and Tyres, Fuel, Roadside Assistance, Cleaning, Tolls and repair costs if something goes wrong. Certainly! We welcome drivers of all ages as long as you've got at least 1 year of driving experience. Keep in mind, younger drivers may have higher damage cover liability.

No, you just need to make sure that there’s at least ¼ tank when you return it. Remember, fuel is on us, we always pay for fuel. If the tank drops below ¼ at any point during your journey, simply use the fuel card in the car and the fuel pin listed in the app or your booking confirmation to fill it back up before you return it to its pod. This ensures that the next member isn’t left without fuel when they pick the car up. Sharing is caring!

If you're on an Occasional, Frequent, Seniors or Business plan you can add extra drivers to your account. For some plans there is a limit of 1 driver. The number of extra driver’s you can have on your account varies with each plan. For more information on extra driver’s check out our article on How do I add another driver to my account?

If you are an account holder, and want to add an extra driver, you can do so through the GoGet app. It will send an email to the person you want to add as an extra driver containing a sign up link. A once-off $25 application fee applies for each additional driver.

Yes! Insurance is included for free in your car hire. However, the amount you're liable for in case of an accident depends on your age and whether you opt to include the optional damage cover reduction. For more information about insurance, check out our Damage Cover article.

If you're over 25, you can reduce your damage cover liability to $500 by paying a small extra fee. The surcharge is $1.90 per hour, capped at $19.90 per day.

Keys are kept within the vehicle. You will unlock and lock your booked car with your GoGet smartcard which will be posted to you once you join, or which you can collect fro one of our pick-up points.
